Good sharpness long lifespan diamond segment for granite processing

1.Application:Welded on single saw blade for granite cutting ranging from 14" to 140".
2.Dimaond Segment Structure: Sandwich and Multilayer.
3.Shape:Rectangle,Trapezoid,T shape, M shape, V shape ,K shape, U shape etc.

Produced by using Chinese Ultra-thin Idea under the design of 5-13 layers, and stress though form 2 layers to 6 layers, decrease the thickness of segment and blade, relieve the burden of sawing machine, cut down the consumption of energy and save resources.

 They can also reduce cutting temperature, decrease friction coefficient and increase the cutting speed. The speed is 1.3 times faster than traditional segments, increase cutting efficiency more than 30 percents.
